These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and 1x Bowling Stats Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our mobile application 1x Bowling Stats Tracker (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, websites, or applications. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
We may from time to time develop and provide App updates, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and other improvements. Updates may also modify or delete certain features and functionality. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide any particular features or functionality.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1x Bowling Stats Tracker and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1x Bowling Stats Tracker is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1x Bowling Stats Tracker regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the App.
